George Sackandy - Founder, Chief Executive Officer
George Sackandy assists our clients with the development of strategic business needs. His specialties include organizational development, organizational effectiveness, culture change, process improvement, leadership development, training, cultural integration, business/human growth & development, and developing strategic partnerships.
A strategic thinker and marketer who understands that good creative means deliver bottom line results; he is steeped in an appreciation for the value of data management and analysis as measurably effective means for honing and targeting messaging. The result has been leadership work in the development of our abilities to empower client direct marketing with breakthrough technologies and increasingly predictive success. Before Intelmarx, Sackandy was a senior executive with a Fortune 500 company.
Benjamin J. Mazur - Founder, Chief Creative Officer
Benjamin J. Mazur graduated from Penn State with a B.A. in Broadcast/Cable with an emphasis in Corporate Communications. He brings 15 years of proven experience in corporate and educational media communications. Before founding Mazur Media, Benjamin J. Mazur earned more than two-dozen awards (Telly, Aurora, Aegis, Vision, Communicator) for effective and creative productions and has been cited by AV Video Multimedia Magazine as one of the 'Top 100 Producers in America'. He has worked with clients like The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, McLanahan Corporation, PA Department of Education, PA Department of Health, Pennsylvania State University, and Scientech LLC.
Scott Cessna - Chief Operations Officer
Most recently, Scott was the Executive Director of the Altoona Railroaders Museum and lead the complete restructuring of the museum. His proven ability to analyze business management practices, perform in-depth financial systems review, and orchestrate cost management evaluations has given Scott the reputation as someone able to generate the solutions needed for successful non-profit and for-profit business operation.
Active in his community, Scott is the Chairman of the Board of AMTRAN, served as the President of the local chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, is Past President of Habitat For Humanity, and has served on the Board of the Greater Altoona Economic Development Corporation. Scott Cessna also served as CFO for the Hite Company and Mid-State Tool and Supply.
Gary Cornelisse - Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Gary Cornelisse brings his experience in software architecture, software life-cycle management, and hosting database-driven Internet applications. His specialties include best practices in software architecture for highly available, modular Internet applications and legacy systems integration. Gary Cornelisse has been developing Internet applications since 1997. In that time he has been the Senior Engineer from the beginnings of three successful Internet businesses. Major projects have included high-traffic online fantasy sports games, B2B ecommerce solutions, and a suite of content management products for customer service and support portals in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Guido Santella - Co-Founder, Chief Software Architect
Guido is a Cum Laude graduate in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. Guido's skill set ranges from web programming/web servers to E-Commerce, Programming, Database Programming, and Major Software Design/Implementation. Guido is a computer programming instructor at the South Hills School of Business and Technology. He also has extensive experience in marketing and design strategy. A little known fact: he was a photo researcher and created a photo archiving database for the British Museum in London. In his spare time, Guido is also an accomplished classical pianist and composer.
Josh Beemiller - Account Manager
Josh graduated from Penn State Altoona with a B.S. in Business with a Marketing and Management focus, as well as a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Along with a strong marketing background, Josh's greatest skills are creatively providing solutions and solving problems for clients, as well as delivering great customer service. Before joining Intelmarx, Josh worked as a Marketing Intern and then was the Internet Sales Manager for a family of car dealerships.
Gunter Volders - Director of Marketing and Customer Relations Management (CRM)
Gunter Volders brings 13 years of marketing, communication, management, and fundraising experience to Intelmarx. Gunter has paid his dues both in the for-profit and not for-profit industries.
He was a marketer for Reckitt - Benckiser and The Coca-Cola Company in Belgium and Luxembourg. Throughout the last 4.5 years, Gunter was the Marketing & Communications Manager for Family Services Incorporated, in Altoona, PA, where he also lead the fundraising efforts for this independent 501(c)3. As a native of Belgium, Gunter will be able to assist multilingual customers in Dutch, Flemish and French.
Active in the community, Gunter is the Vice-President of the Rotary Club of Tyrone and is currently the Vice-President of Communication for Associations of Fundraising Professionals’ Allegheny Mountains Chapter.
